REFUND POLICY

    1.1 All Sales Are Final
    By completing a purchase with Bighead Music Group LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“you,” “your,” or “user”) acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are final and no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the products or services, inability to use the products or services, or changes in personal circumstances.
    1.2 Digital Products
    Due to the nature of digital products and online services (e.g., downloadable content, music, e-books, software, exclusive memberships, etc.), and to protect our intellectual property, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. By purchasing or licensing digital products from the Company, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.

  2. Exchanges or Credits
    2.1 No Exchanges
    We do not offer product exchanges unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
    2.2 Potential Store Credit (Case-by-Case)
    In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit. Any credit granted must be used toward future purchases within a timeframe specified by the Company and is non-transferable.
