5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

- We consider orders “delivered” once tracking indicates receipt at the designated shipping address. After delivery, all risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.
- If a carrier confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Bighead Music Group bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items after tracking confirms delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
- Providing accurate shipping information is your responsibility. Bighead Music Group is not liable for any losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses, re-routes, or reshipments.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package.

- Certain shipments may include limited carrier insurance coverage. If you require additional or supplemental insurance, please contact us prior to completing your order. Any additional insurance coverage will be at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Bighead Music Group.

- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bighead Music Group’s liability for any shipping-related claim is limited to the actual fees paid for shipping the order in question. Under no circumstances shall Bighead Music Group be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bighead Music Group shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays, failures, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war or terrorism, embargoes, government orders, pandemics, or any other event deemed outside of our control.
8. No Refunds for Shipping Delays or Losses
We do not provide refunds or credits for any shipping delays, carrier-related damages, or losses. All risk passes to you once an order is handed over to the carrier, as outlined above. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for shipping issues unless otherwise required by applicable law.
